Vicki Cohen, MA, CPC, SPHR
Based in the greater Seattle area, Vicki is the principal and driving force behind Techkonnect. For over 12 years, she's worked with technical business leaders and their teams to drive leadership and professional development, productivity improvements and business results.
Her unique approach combines the latest cognitive neuroscientific research with organization and behavioral coaching to improve performance and capability. She is passionate about working with technical professionals to help them manage their careers to meet their potential.
Vicki holds a Master's Degree from Fielding University in Organization Design and Effectiveness and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from Antioch University and the Academy for Coach Training. She is also certified and licensed in the application of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument� (HBDI) and is qualified to administer HBDI assessments, interpretations and training based on the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by Herrmann International.�
